Compatible or original?
This is an affordable compatible cartridge. The original HP C4911A costs several times more, but the ink volume (69 ml) and the way it works are the same. We stock the whole compatible HP 82 range: black (CH565A), cyan, magenta and yellow. Note that the DesignJet 500 and 800 series use HP 10 (C4844A) for black, while HP 82 black (CH565A) fits the DesignJet 510 and 111.
Usage tips
Remove the protective tape before installing and avoid touching the contacts. If colour prints banded or pale, run Clean Printhead from the printer menu — on the DesignJet 500/510/800 series the printhead is a separate supply. Store the cartridge upright in a cool, dry place.
