Frequently asked questions
What does the monthly fee include?
The device, delivery and setup, scheduled maintenance, repairs and parts, toner and drums, and user support. Office copiers add a per-page price (C250i/C300i: €0.01 mono, €0.05 colour). Copy paper and thermal labels can be ordered from us separately.
Is the number of pages per month limited?
No. There is no prepaid page bundle and no overage fee – you pay for actual use at the per-page price. We take the meter reading once a month and add it to the invoice.
Are the devices new or pre-owned?
Office copiers (Konica Minolta C250i/C300i) are inspected pre-owned devices – that’s why the monthly fee is low. Desktop and thermal printers are new or lightly used; we specify this in the quote. Either way, keeping the device working for the whole rental period is on us.
Does the contract have to be long?
Usually 12–36 months: the longer the contract, the lower the monthly fee. We agree the term based on the device and volume.
What happens if the printer breaks down?
Call or write – we respond within 24–48 h on working days. Repairs and parts are included. If a repair takes longer, we bring a replacement device so work doesn’t stop.
Can I change the device or package during the contract?
Yes. If volumes grow or you need colour or scanning, we swap the device for a more suitable one and adjust the monthly fee.
Who replaces the toner?
We send the toner and drums. Replacing them is simple and any employee can do it; if needed, our technician does it during a service visit.
How do delivery and installation work?
We deliver the device, install it, connect it to your network (LAN or Wi-Fi) and set up scan-to-e-mail. In Tallinn and Harju county usually within a few working days, elsewhere in Estonia by arrangement.
How is billing done?
Once a month by e-mail or as an e-invoice, with payment terms for companies. The invoice shows the monthly fee and last month’s pages by meter reading.
What happens when the contract ends?
Your choice: extend the contract, swap the device for a newer one, or return it – we collect it ourselves. A pre-owned device can also be bought out by agreement.
What connections do the devices have?
USB, LAN and Wi-Fi (depending on the model), printing from a phone via AirPrint or Mopria. They work with Windows and macOS; we set the thermal printer up with your e-shop or warehouse software.
Do you rent outside Tallinn?
Yes, all over Estonia. Desktop and thermal printers are shipped by parcel and set up with remote support; office copiers are installed on site at an agreed time.
