Frequently asked questions
What does the monthly fee include?
Maintenance, prevention, repairs, toners and drums are covered by the monthly fee. On top comes the price per page – for example with the C250i/C300i: 0.01 € per black-and-white and 0.05 € per colour page. You can also order copy paper straight from us.
What happens if the printer breaks down?
You get in touch and we respond as agreed. If needed we provide a replacement solution, so work doesn’t come to a standstill.
Does the contract have to be long?
Usually 12–36 months, but we choose the period according to your needs and volume.
Can I change the solution as volumes grow?
Yes. If the volume changes, we adjust the device or package so the cost stays sensible.
How do delivery and installation work?
The device needs transport and setup – we do it for you at an agreed time.
