Returns
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all products bought from our online store, in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
How to return?
- Send us an e-mail at info@tahm.ee — include your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive a return code and instructions.
- Send the product in its original packaging via Omniva or to Aedvilja 4, Tallinn 10120.
- We refund the money within 14 days to the same account the payment came from.
Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return costs are covered by the sender (except when the product is defective).
- Opened cartridges and toners cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons, except in case of a defect.
- Special orders (including parts ordered for specific models) cannot be returned.
Claims for defective products
For defective products, a 2-year claim period applies to private customers and the agreed warranty to business customers. Contact us as soon as possible — we will replace the product free of charge or refund your money.
