• Order data: name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address or chosen parcel locker, ordered products and amounts.
• For company orders: company name, registry code and VAT number. At checkout, company details can be filled in from the public data of the Estonian Business Register.
• Messages you send us by e-mail, through forms on the website or in the chat window.
• Newsletter data: e-mail address and the time of subscribing or unsubscribing.
• Website usage data: cookies and technical data (such as IP address and browser), see “Cookies” below.

• payment solution and parcel locker interface – Montonio Finance OÜ; for bank payments also your bank;
• delivery – the carrier you choose (Omniva, DPD, Venipak, SmartPosti or Unisend);
• accounting and invoices – Merit Tarkvara AS (Merit Aktiva); if you choose an e-invoice, also the e-invoice operator;
• website hosting and e-mail – Zone Media OÜ;
• newsletter delivery – Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, data centre in Stockholm);
• visit statistics and advertising – Google Ireland Ltd (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads), only with your consent;
• chat window – messages are sent to an artificial intelligence service (Anthropic, USA) via Cloudflare to prepare a reply and are kept in the chat log for up to 90 days. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat;
• public authorities – where required by law.

Order and invoice data are kept for the period required by the Estonian Accounting Act (7 years). Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Other data are kept only as long as needed for their purpose.

We protect data with reasonable technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure.

We send the newsletter to those who have subscribed. If you have bought from us, we may send offers for similar products unless you opted out at checkout. Every e-mail contains a link to unsubscribe at once.

The website uses cookies. On your first visit you can choose whether to allow analytics and advertising cookies.

• Necessary cookies are always on: cart and checkout, login, language choice (tahm_lang) and your cookie choice (tahm_cookie_consent).
• Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads) are added only when you click “Accept”. In that case we also store the Google Ads click ID (tahm_gclid) to see whether an ad click led to an order.
