In Tallinn and Harju County – on-site service at your address within 24 hours. Across Estonia we receive printers via parcel locker or courier, repair them at our service centre at Aedvilja 4, Tallinn 10120, and return them within 2–5 working days.
Express service (same or next day) is available in Tallinn for an extra fee. For companies we offer maintenance contracts covering scheduled maintenance and priority response.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a printer repair take?
Standard maintenance or repair takes 24–48 hours. For simpler problems we can return the printer the same day. For more complex faults that require ordering spare parts, we agree the timeline before starting the work.
Do you come on site?
Yes. In Tallinn and the surrounding area we carry out on-site maintenance and diagnostics. Outside Tallinn a mileage fee of 0.40 € excl. VAT / 0.50 € incl. VAT per kilometre applies.
How much does printer maintenance cost?
Maintenance of an A4 inkjet printer starts at 30 € (excl. VAT) / 37.20 € (incl. VAT). Maintenance of an A4 laser printer starts at 40 € (excl. VAT) / 49.60 € (incl. VAT). Maintenance of an A3 device is 50 € and 60 € respectively (excl. VAT). The exact price depends on the condition of the device and the parts needed.
Does the manufacturer’s warranty survive a repair?
The official manufacturer’s warranty cannot be preserved, but all work we carry out and parts we fit are covered by A-Tahm OÜ’s own warranty. Within the warranty period we redo the work or replace the part free of charge.
Which printer brands do you service?
We service all popular printer brands: HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Ricoh, Xerox, Samsung, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, OKI, Pantum and others. We also service copiers and multifunction office equipment.
Do you repair for home users or only companies?
We serve both private and business customers. For companies we additionally offer maintenance contracts and invoicing with a 14-day payment term.
