Frequently asked questions
Where do I find the printer model?
The model is usually on a label on the front of the printer or inside the cover (e.g. HP LaserJet Pro M404dn). If the printer has our sticker, the code on it is enough.
What is the code on the sticker?
It is your printer’s number in our register. Tell it to us by phone or type it in the form – we will immediately know which printer and toner it is.
Can I order on invoice?
Yes, companies and institutions can order on invoice. See buying on invoice.
How fast will the toner arrive?
In-stock toners ship within 1 working day; parcel locker or courier delivery takes 1–2 working days. In Tallinn you can pick up the same day (Aedvilja 4).
