Rollerball refills

Two questions decide a rollerball refill: the maker and the line width. Parker refills come in F (fine) and M (medium), each in blue and black ink; Waterman refills are F, also in blue and black. The refill has to match a pen from the same maker. Most refills come in a blister pack, and the blue Parker M is also available without one.
